Meet our Founder, Tiffaney

Tiffaney is a lifelong advocate for environmental and human rights. She began working residential construction with her uncle at the age of 14. She has been a licensed commercial vehicle operator for 17 years. Tiffaney has studied sustainable building design principles with Earthship Biotecture, Greywater Alliance, ARCSA, USGBC, and more. In 2018 she joined her local Carpenter's Union where she was fortunate enough to take part in some really awesome projects (featured below), such as: The Gibbs School, The Union - an affordable housing project, Raytheon Co., Boston University, One Dalton, Whole Foods Markets across all of New England, Billerica Highschool, Saugus Highschool, The Conservatory Lab Charter School, Somerville Highschool, Wellesley College Research Greenhouse, among several small projects. Our operations and structure are a culmination of Tiffaney's experience as a working parent in the construction industry, her passion for environmental health, and belief in creating equitable opportunities for individuals to succeed. Tremendous gratitude to The Center for Women & Enterprise, our mentors from SCORE and beyond, The SBA, Emerald Cities Collaborative, and all of the countless other organizations, collaborations, support, and knowledgeable partners that have made this venture possible.
